Open Letter to the Interested Executive:
Dear Interested Executive,
Do you need to:
All that without any disruption and loss of work days and threats to on-going operations' success? While involving all the people that you need get trained (not only those you can spare for a while, but also and especially the key personnel that you can't spare, but that may need this type of training the most)?
Have you tried a business simulation program, taught on-line (and off business hours)? It's a good way to achieve all of the above.
Have you imagined being the head of the perfect corporation or business operation where marketers, financiers, operations and administrative people,
1. work efficiently together complementing one another's talents and skills for the betterment of your business/operation instead of competing destructively between each other, even under pressure and in conditions of uncertainty.
2. work diligently together at analyzing cross-functionally the issues affecting the effectiveness of their common efforts, develop strong decision-making skills and cogent strategies to resolve the issues and modify their decisions and strategies as needed over time?
Indeed, a dream corporation or business operation is a society where all human competencies add themselves up. The mind of the perfect organization should be a sort of exponential addition of all the minds of its executives/managers. In such a perfect organization, no one imposes a selfish will on the conduct of operations but all are united for the overall success of the business/operation. In such corporations the issues are analyzed by the best minds, the strategies developed by the wisest, the actions taken by the boldest and all keep their cool and are supportive of each other when stress is mounting.
If you are interested in such a dream corporation, I would suggest you offer your staff the most comprehensive business simulation program.

Why a business simulation program?
· it allows participants to interact in a business operational context and learn the core purpose of business functions some are not familiar with, including financial principles for the non-financial managers,
· it applies a certain level of pressure on the participants - to forge them into a team - without danger that their mistakes will endanger your real operations,
· it allows participants to realize that the assignments cannot be fulfilled by anyone in isolation and that they must work as a team, rely on each member of the team and accept the leadership of the team leader,
· it forces participants to listen to other members of the team who have responsibilities with functions in the fictive corporation, to understand the importance of these business functions, even as they do not usually appreciate or understand them at their regular job,
· it requires the participants to make decisions with limited information, time deadlines and with aggressive competitors to learn to perform under pressure.
